We arrived here with zero expectations, and were pleasantly surprised. We were in Gunnison for the adventure. Even though this place did not offer cable TV, antenna worked just fine with about 5 or 6 channels mostly news. It was centrally located to all that one might want to do. The Wi-Fi was one of the best we have used in a campground. The lake to the west and town to the east, all within a few miles. Very friendly people running this place, as well as the work campers. Electric and water pressure perfect! We will/would return here again.

Nice clean campground. Easy check-in and everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a pull through site with a concrete pad. Our site was nice and level. Good TV, WiFi and all hookups worked fine. The road noise (we were up front) was kind of annoying, especially in the middle of the night when everything else is quiet. A site in the back of the CG probably would fix that. Nice place to take a walk at the back of the CG with a small pond. Very peaceful. We would stay here again.

A no frills overnight campground. Everything worked fine. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get to. Not much in the area. A gas station across the street.

This was their opening day, April 1. Standard check in. The young girl at the desk didn't know anything about the campground. She just politely pointed and said that we can park anywhere over there. Well we just walked over to where she pointed and picked out a site. We had a back in with a nice pond out our back window. The site was not very level but it was for one night so we didn't spend too much time making it real level. The overall campground was very nice, with two ponds and nice green grass to walk our dog. The Wi-Fi, TV and all hookups worked fine. This place was away from the interstate but not a difficult drive. We would stay here again.

We pulled in here last minute as it was starting to snow. What a good decision it was. Very well laid our CG. Everything worked great. Real nice people. This place is a bit away from Amarillo itself, but not a bad drive. There's a gas station close by and a sandwich shop. That was convenient. We really didn't have too much time to really look around but we will stay here again.

We stayed here for a week to attend a family function in Maryville. I'm sure that it was not a busy time of the year for this campground. We were very pleased with the facilities. I couldn't believe how much room one had. The sites were very level. Everything worked just fine. The bathrooms were great, probably the best we have seen in awhile. I must say that the Wi-Fi was excellent, better than usual. We really enjoyed the "Little River" that flowed near the property. Very relaxing. Even though there wasn't any shade they did have trees planted. I'm sure that in years to come this will develop into a great place to stay. We will be back...

We decided to stay here last minute as the weather was getting bad. (thunderstorms and heavy rain) We were greeted by pleasant folks and checked in right away. There were other folks checking in, and I noticed that they were receiving the same pleasant treatment. We were promptly showed to our site, and the gentleman stayed for awhile to see if we needed any assistance. I couldn't have asked for more. Everything worked great, electric, Wi-Fi, cable TV, water pressure etc. This is a diamond in the rough. We would stay here again. The $35.00 was due to our 17 year old son was with us.

A no-frills park with very large pull-through sites. Great for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly at check-in. Couldn't be located later when we had a question about the wireless. There seems to be full time residents (welders and their families), but they were very friendly. We would stay here again if we were passing through this area.
